By accessing or using Luckr you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to gamble. You confirm you are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. You are solely responsible for the legality of your use of Luckr in your location.

You may hold one account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and email secure. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Funds are denominated in USD on the platform but transacted in supported cryptocurrencies. Network confirmations and exchange rates at time of conversion apply. Withdrawals require manual review and are processed within 24 hours under normal conditions.

All bets are final once placed. Outcomes are determined by the provably fair algorithm described on our Provably Fair page. You acknowledge that gambling involves loss.

Multiple accounts, bots, scripts, exploits, and chargeback abuse are prohibited. We may freeze affected balances pending investigation.

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the funds you have on deposit at the time of the claim.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
