Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Email, username, and password (hashed) on registration. IP address, user agent, and session timestamps for security. Bet history, deposits, and withdrawals tied to your account.

2. What we don't collect

No KYC documents. No real names, addresses, or government IDs unless required by law.

3. Cookies

A single httpOnly session cookie (luckr_session) maintains your login. We do not run advertising trackers.

4. Third parties

Cryptocurrency processing is handled by NOWPayments. Transactional email is sent via Resend. Captcha verification uses hCaptcha. These providers receive only the data necessary to perform their function.

5. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. We may keep financial records longer where law requires. You can request data deletion by emailing support@luckr.net.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Sessions use opaque tokens with SHA-256-hashed storage. All traffic is HTTPS.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact support@luckr.net to exercise them.
